Architecting the Extended Career - Systems for an Aging Workforce
This research explores the strategic necessity for Brazilian organizations to adapt to an aging labor force, noting a significant gap between demographic shifts and current corporate readiness. Despite projections that a massive portion of the population will soon be over 50, only a tiny fraction of top employers have established specific policies to support older professionals. The research identifies age-inclusive practices—such as flexible scheduling, specialized training, and biased-free recruitment—as essential tools for retaining institutional knowledge and enhancing cognitive diversity. By analyzing successful case studies, the research argues that companies must move beyond harmful stereotypes to embrace the unique contributions of experienced workers. Ultimately, the research calls for a fundamental reconfiguration of human resources to ensure economic sustainability in a rapidly changing demographic landscape.

Architecting the AI Clinical Educator
This research explores how generative AI can bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in professional education through role-play simulations. By utilizing a framework from the National University of Singapore, the research illustrates how large language models provide scalable, individualized practice for students in fields like law, nursing, and business. The research emphasizes that successful implementation requires more than just technology; it necessitates specialized prompt engineering, faculty development, and robust ethical oversight. Furthermore, the research argues that these AI tools foster competency-based learning by offering a safe environment for students to master complex interpersonal and decision-making skills. Ultimately, the research serves as a strategic guide for academic leaders to integrate AI-powered experiential learning while ensuring fairness and institutional support.
