Drawing on Frankfurt's philosophical framework and extending it through organizational theory, we present a four-stage intervention model—Comprehend, Recognize, Act, and Prevent (C.R.A.P.)—that enables leaders to systematically address truth indifference. Analysis reveals that bullshit proliferates particularly during organizational crises when uncertainty creates fertile ground for unsubstantiated claims.
