Axialent and Duke Corporate Education Launch Tailored Enterprise Programs for Executives Leading AI Adoption

'Building AI-Driven Cultures' is designed to help companies overcome the human hurdles to AI use and adoption

Duke Corporate Education, ranked among the top custom education providers in the world, and Axialent, the global leader in culture design and leadership development, today announced a strategic collaboration to support organisations in designing bespoke leadership development programs that address the human and cultural challenges of AI adoption.

Building AI-Driven Cultures, is a fully customised, organisation-specific leadership capability pathway, co-designed with each client to reflect their strategic priorities, cultural context, and stage of AI maturity.

In 2025, large organisations continue to invest heavily in AI technologies to drive growth. Yet many struggle to realise value. Recent research highlights why: the most significant barriers to AI adoption are human - culture, leadership, and change management. This collaboration is designed to help senior leadership teams address these challenges in a way that is contextualised to their organisation, rather than relying on generic best-practice models.

Unlike technical AI training focused on tools or use cases, these tailored leadership programs focus on the human, business, and cultural conditions required for successful AI adoption. Working with Duke CE and Axialent, executive teams explore how to prepare their organisational culture for AI, enabling adoption to follow in a sustainable and value-creating way. The emphasis is on turning leaders into AI culture leaders, capable of aligning technology, people, and business outcomes.

Each engagement is designed exclusively for a single organisation and delivered to dedicated executive cohorts. This approach enables leaders to develop a shared language, align around a coherent leadership model, and apply insights directly to live strategic priorities, ensuring relevance and immediate organisational impact.

The design of each programme is informed by Axialent’s Conscious Business principles, refined over more than 20 years of culture transformation work, and Duke CE’s rigorous, research-based approach to leadership development. Together, these perspectives support organisations in aligning individual leadership effectiveness, team performance, and enterprise-level value creation in the context of AI-enabled transformation.

Delivery formats, duration, and learning modalities, including virtual sessions, asynchronous elements, and applied work are tailored in collaboration with each client based on their needs and constraints.

Axialent is a global leader in shaping corporate cultures and helping organisations adopt the technologies and methodologies needed to improve business performance. Over the last 20+ years, Axialent has led strategic projects with executive teams at some of the world’s largest companies, including Google, Procter & Gamble, Mastercard, TikTok, and many others.
