HCI Managing Partner and Principal, Dr. Jonathan Westover has an article featured in Forbes today, "An Iterative Model of Self-Sustaining Leadership and Service."
Dr. Westover argues for a "iterative, self-sustaining process of continual leadership growth and capacity development." He suggests that in order "to create a self-renewing culture of commitment and engagement that drives results, leaders must have a genuine interest in and desire to develop and strengthen the capacity of those they lead."
