Analysis reveals that structured digital detox initiatives reduce technostress, improve work-life boundaries, and enhance employee wellbeing, though effects vary by implementation design and organizational context. We present evidence-based interventions including micro-breaks, boundary-setting protocols, communication norms, and technology redesign, illustrated through organizational examples from technology, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
