About the Journal:

Workplace Culture: The Journal of Employee Experience, Leadership Impact, and Organizational Climate is a multidisciplinary academic publication dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of cultivating thriving workplace environments. Our mission is to bridge scholarship across organizational behavior, leadership studies, human resources, and cultural anthropology to understand how organizational culture shapes employee experience, performance, and well-being.

Workplace Culture publishes rigorously peer-reviewed articles, empirical studies, and theoretical frameworks that showcase:

  • Original research examining the multidimensional nature of organizational culture and its influence on employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and organizational outcomes

  • Empirical and theoretical investigations into leadership practices, communication patterns, and structural conditions that shape positive workplace climates and cultural transformation

  • Cross-disciplinary scholarship integrating insights from organizational psychology, sociology, management studies, and behavioral science to develop comprehensive models of workplace culture dynamics

  • Evidence-based frameworks for understanding cultural assessment, change management, inclusive practice, and the design of psychologically safe and high-trust work environments

We prioritize work that honors both organizational effectiveness and human flourishing. Our aim is to provide a publishing space that advances theoretical understanding and actionable insights for building workplace cultures where people and organizations thrive—across industries from technology to healthcare, education to manufacturing.

Through rigorous, integrative inquiry, Workplace Culture amplifies scholarship that transforms how leaders, practitioners, and organizations understand and shape the lived experience of work. We welcome submissions from researchers and practitioners across organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, human resource management, leadership studies, diversity and inclusion, and related fields.

Workplace Culture aims to advance the science of organizational culture through the global exchange of empirically grounded, theoretically robust knowledge. Quantitative and qualitative research, mixed-methods studies, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, practitioner-oriented frameworks, case studies, and conceptual articles exploring workplace culture, climate, and employee experience are welcomed.

The journal provides a forum for the rapid dissemination of rigorously peer-reviewed research, case studies, assessments, and commentary on contemporary issues relating to culture change, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational values, and the evolving understanding of what creates workplaces where both people and performance flourish.

By integrating systems thinking with human-centered perspectives, Workplace Culture amplifies scholarship that transforms organizational practice to enhance both individual well-being and collective success.
