Innovation: The Journal of Knowledge Work, Creativity, and Organizational Advancement is a multidisciplinary academic publication dedicated to advancing our understanding of how knowledge is created, managed, transformed, and leveraged to drive organizational and societal progress. Our mission is to bridge scholarship across innovation studies, knowledge management, creativity research, and organizational science to address the evolving nature of intellectual labor in the modern economy.
Innovation publishes rigorously peer-reviewed articles, theoretical frameworks, and empirical studies that showcase:
