This interactive tool explores the complex relationship between Public Service Motivation (PSM), Perceived Organizational Politics (POP), and employee Turnover Intention in public service organizations. The tool offers both an interactive conceptual model and a personalized self-assessment to help users understand these dynamics in their own professional context.

Instructions for Using the Interactive Model

Instructions for the Self-Assessment
