Our aim is to provide a publishing space that bridges technical and organizational dimensions of AI integration to promote ethical, equitable, and effective workplace transformation.

AI at Work prioritizes work that addresses critical questions about the future of work, skill development, organizational redesign, and ethical implications of intelligent technologies.
By examining AI as both a technical and social phenomenon, AI at Work contributes to more nuanced understanding of how organizations can harness AI's potential while mitigating risks.
