Framework Instructions

  1. Explore the Interactive Diagram

    • The diagram shows how employees perceive AI (as opportunity or threat) and how these perceptions influence workplace behaviors

    • Each colored box contains key information about different aspects of the AI perception model

  2. Move Elements to Customize Your View

    • Click and drag any section to reposition it

    • Arrange elements in ways that make the most sense to you or your organization

    • Experiment with different layouts to visualize relationships between concepts

  3. Use the Framework to Facilitate Discussion

    • Share this tool in team meetings to discuss how AI is perceived in your workplace

    • Identify which organizational factors might be influencing perceptions in your context

Self-Assessment Instructions

  1. Complete the Assessment

    • Rate each of the 10 statements on a scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree)

    • Answer based on your personal feelings and experiences with AI in your workplace

    • Ensure you respond to all questions for accurate results

  2. View Your Results

    • Click "Calculate My Results" when you've answered all questions

    • Review your Opportunity Perception and Threat Perception scores

    • Read the personalized interpretation of your results

  3. Apply Your Insights

    • Review the job crafting implications based on your results

    • Consider how your perceptions may be influencing your current approach to AI

  4. Revisit the Assessment
