Human
Capital Innovations has developed a distinctive statistically and
scientifically tested personality assessment solution that can help you address
the selection and performance management needs of your organization.
This
Typology of 9 personality styles ranges from low to high on the extroversion
continuum. Three of the "Types" are highly extroverted, three are
moderately extroverted and three are better described as introverted. It is a
mistake to assume, however, that these "clusters of three" relate to
others in precisely the same ways. Important differences and distinctions
exist, which if ignored will cloud our understandings of who they are, what
priorities they seek and which forms of interaction they appreciate. Highly
extroverted styles, for example all tend to be "outspoken" in style.
The reasons they are outspoken, however, are not always the same, nor are their
styles of "outspokenness" seen as equally respectful to associates.
Individuals who are viewed as highly extroverted also are more attentive to
feelings than are other styles. While they all strive to achieve acceptance and
belonging by being attentive to the emotional needs of others, they vary in the
particular emotional needs to which they attend. They may convey a general
warmth and friendliness, they may be playful, fun-loving and witty, or they may
be sensitive, understanding and tolerant. They may tend to center upon one or
all of these forms of emotional responsiveness. Stylistic differences in these
attributes will be highlighted for each of the nine profiles.
Below is an example of the descriptive graphics that accompany the detailed written personality profile. This first graphic illustrates the relative high/low position of various key characteristics of "The Agreeable Diplomat" type.
